Most training teaches moves. We teach decision-making + skill execution — how to read defenders, adapt in real time, and dominate game situations. That’s why it’s worked for 13+ years across 18,000+ players, D1 commits, and pros.

Yes — our in-gym training membership is locals-only and limited capacity so sessions stay high quality. Members train on our NBA flooring and follow a structured weekly schedule based on age/level.

Yes — confidence comes from competence. We build the exact skills that show up in games (handle under pressure, shooting consistency, finishing through contact, decision-making). When players see the results on-court, confidence follows naturally.

Most players see the best progress with 2–4 sessions per week, depending on their level, season, and workload. The key is consistency + the right training structure, not random workouts.
